Faults

We all have faults, no one is perfect; that is where Jesus steps in with His love. Let us be like Jesus and look beyond other’s faults and see their needs. I often feel that Christians bury their wounded instead of helping to restore them. Today’s verses give us guidance in restoration of one another. I am grateful to have a close friend who helps restore me and helps pull me through, even when I do wrong, without judgement. Sometimes she shows me my wrongs and sometimes she just loves me through them in prayer because she understands my hurts. The way you judge you shall be judged, therefore let us walk in God’s love as Christians, for where would we be if it were not for salvation at calvary?

Galatians 6:1-5

1-Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourself lest you also be tempted.

2-Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

3-For if anyone thinks himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself.

4-But let each one examine his own work, and then he will have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.

5-For each one shall bear his own load.
